Executive Chef Myles Learning
Myles Learning has been with Redwater Bow Valley since its opening in 2008. He has worked his way up through the ranks to become Executive Chef of the downtown location in 2010. His culinary journey began at young age with a passion instilled by his father who also pursued a culinary career.
After completing two different culinary programs in London, Ontario; Myles returned to his home province to work in Kananaskis Mountain Resorts before moving to Calgary.
Myles inspiration comes from Alberta’s changing seasons and wealth of agriculture. His attention to detail and constant search of perfection ensures a memorable experience at Redwater Bow Valley.
Our Venue
The restaurant's décor complements the vibrancy and freshness of the food making Redwater’s beautifully illuminated space one of the city's hottest dining destinations. Burnished cherry wood, Canadian Coral, soft lighting, the contemporary lounge and the large glass wine cellar create an ambiance of casual refinement.
