Executive Chef Brett McIntyre
Being born and raised in Calgary, has allowed Brett to get to know the Calgary culinary scene over the last 12 years. He has had the opportunity to work and learn from great local establishments such as The Ranche Restaurant, The Inn on Lake Bonavista and Willow Park Golf and Country Club.
Brett has been working with Redwater Rustic Grille since 2008, when he started as a Sous Chef. He came to us with great experience and over the last four years, Brett’s dedication to execution and consistency proved him as the obvious successor for the Chef position. Having taken over in January 2012, Brett’s leadership and drive has only increased, continuing to grow our culinary team and develop our brand.
Our Venue
Burnished cherry wood, travertine tile, soft lighting and the large oval glass wine cellar create an ambiance of casual refinement.
